Tonight’s Dinner is Sponsored by Kate
So yesterday, the Fed Ex guy came to bring us a package. When I opened the door, I noticed that there were a couple of boxes on the porch and assumed that he’d brought those as well. I’d been told that someone was expecting something, so I signed for it and didn’t think much of it.
It wasn’t until later, upon closer inspection, that I realized the biggest box was addressed to me…and the return address was Williams-Sonoma (a.k.a. one of my favorite all-time stores).

Yes, the amazing Kate has ambushed me with an incredible present for the second time in a month, this time for my birthday. She’s just that good. LOVE HER!
Tonight I tried it out and this thing is just too cool. First you boil a bit of water in the pan…

And then you add the cover with the removable non-stick egg trays and break an egg into each compartment…

You boil them for about 4-5 minutes and then carefully lift the trays up with a fork and flip them over onto a paper towel to get rid of the excess moisture.

Voila! The perfect poached eggs. Aren’t they just too cute? I wanted to make fifty of them in a big pile (but nobody can eat fifty eggs).

So, instead, I served them with feta cheese over black beans. Mmmmmm…this might be my new favorite meal ever.

THANK YOU, Katelyn!!!! Loveyoumissyou!
P.S. ~ And thank you to my lovely husband for being my photographer…
